We've designed the Atlantic Cut Boning knife for the rigours of carcass processing with a blade tang that extends 100.9mm into the ergonomic handle.
Please ensure you always wear protective gloves. A Chainmail mesh glove on the free hand and cut resistant glove on your knife hand is the industry standard when using very sharp processing knives. |
